TWG Warehouse Services, part of The Will Group, is looking for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Intern who wants more than just a desk assignment. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real electrical infrastructure products.

What You’ll Work On:

This internship focuses on supporting the design, documentation, and production readiness of UL Listed panelboards. You will work directly with engineering leadership on real product development initiatives, gaining exposure to electrical distribution equipment, compliance standards, and manufacturing processes. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including ISO 9001 processes. This is not a theoretical internship. You will contribute to products that move into production.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the design and documentation of UL Listed panelboards
• Create and update bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, and engineering change documentation
• Assist with documentation required for UL certification and compliance
• Participate in product testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Update CAD drawings and schematics
• Help develop SOPs, installation manuals, and technical submittals
• Contribute to quality initiatives aligned with ISO 9001
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and manufacturability enhancements

What We’re Looking For

• Incoming Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or graduating May 2026
• Coursework in power systems, circuits, controls, or mechanical design preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing-focused environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good Faith Salary Range: The hourly rate for this intern position is $20.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
